The Role /n

As aPersonal Care Workeryou’llprovideassistancetoour residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence,interestsand choices.

The key focus of the role will be to: /n

/n

- /n

To provide high quality, safe, andtimelycontemporary personal care;assistingwith the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

/n

- /n

Support and care for residents as they age andassistingthem tomaintaintheir independence and live with dignity,self-determinationand comfort.

/n

- /n

Assistthe resident with self-care needs, protected mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

/n

- /n

Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

/n

To be successful, you will have /n

/n

- /n

Certificate IIIin Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)

/n

- /n

Experience in Aged Carehighly regarded

/n

- /n





Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

/n

- /n

Prior to commencement - complete aNational Police Checkand or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
