The opportunity

Delaware North Australia are seeking a casual Night Auditor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, Northern Territory. In this role, you will ensure efficient and accurate reporting of accounts, oversee evening front office operations, and exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding service. This role requires availability to work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am.

What will you do?

- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Resolve any complaints in a courteous and effective manner
- Manage phone queries
- Ensure all transactions are processed whilst adhering to the company procedures
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas and clean and organised

More about you

- Minimum 12 months experience working in a night audit or front office position within a hotel environment
- Experience with Opera Property Management System essential
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure quality guest service




- C Class driver's licence desirable
- Availability to work night shift hours on a 7-day rotating roster
