Port Lincoln Health and Hospital Service is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Eyre Ward A and the Emergency Department at Port Lincoln MPS in South Australia. This is a contract position running from 20 November 2026 to 8 January 2027 (7 weeks), offered at 0.84 to 1.0 FTE. As a rural and remote site, the role offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where flexibility and adaptability are valued, with the possibility of redeployment across areas based on operational needs and skill mix.

Preferred Requirements





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Experience working in acute ward and emergency department settings
- Ability to work flexibly across different clinical areas and adapt to changing operational priorities
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in a rural and remote healthcare context

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in rural or remote healthcare settings is advantageous
