Additional Information:

- These roles are Permanent, part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day, evening shifts 7 public holidays.
- Shift times start from 8:00am and the latest closing time is 9:30pm.
- You have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Team vision (text) As a Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
- Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
- Being an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range; and actively learning about their features and benefits.
- Responsible for ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced.
- Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality.




- Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and tools.
- A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
