Remuneration: $137,525.00 - $156,231.00 per annum+ 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences or a Health related discipline, supporting leadership of complex community based rehabilitation services.
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in community based rehabilitation and person centred service delivery,



including relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven ability to provide effective leadership and management of multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills with ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)? if you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
