Key Responsibilities
EDM & Digital Design

- Design and build Klaviyo EDMs aligned with brand guidelines
- Ensure strong typography, hierarchy, and readability in email layouts
- Collaborate on campaign visuals that drive engagement while maintaining a refined aesthetic

Event & Marketing Collateral

- Create event-related assets (digital and print), including invitations, menus, signage, and promotional materials
- Ensure all outputs reflect a premium, cohesive brand identity
- Adapt designs for different formats while maintaining visual consistency

Website Visuals

- Design and update website assets, banners, and supporting visuals
- Maintain alignment with brand tone across all digital touchpoints

Brand Consistency & Execution

- Follow and uphold established brand direction and visual standards
- Apply a clean, minimal design approach without over-designing or relying on templates

Workflow & Delivery

- Manage tasks independently with strong attention to timelines and deadlines
- Ensure reliability and responsiveness, particularly for time-sensitive event deliverables
- Communicate clearly on progress, timelines, and any blockers

Requirements

- Mid-level to senior experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, minimal, and premium design work
- Advanced skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing EDMs (preferably Klaviyo)
- Ability to work independently and follow established brand direction
- Excellent time management and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and responsiveness

Nice to Have

- Experience in wine, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Experience with event-related design and collateral
- Familiarity with web design principles and digital layouts
- Basic understanding of email marketing performance considerations
