You'll have opportunities to:

Supported from Day One

Moving from university into clinical practice is a big step. You won't be expected to know everything from day one, we'll give you the support and opportunities to learn, ask questions and develop at a pace that builds your capability.

Your development will include:

- Regular 1:1 clinical supervision
- Facilitated peer support with early-career colleagues

- Connect First early-career Allied Health support

- Broad clinical exposure across CALHN services

About You

You're completing your studies, have recently graduated or are beginning your Orthotics and Prosthetics career. You're curious, enthusiastic and ready to turn your knowledge into meaningful patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold an appropriate Orthotics and Prosthetics degree
- Be eligible for Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association membership
- Bring curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within a team
- Embrace feedback and ongoing professional development
