The Offer

- up to $70,000 + super
- Up to $800/month in bonuses
- Mon–Fri 8:54am–5:30pm + 1 Saturday/month (9am–1pm)
- No late nights (only occasional overtime for patients or training)
- Annual eyewear allowance
- Extensive on‑the‑job dispenser training
- Relocation assistance (negotiable)
- Visa sponsorship support for candidates pursuing PR

About the Practice

- Premium independent group
- 4 FT optometrists + 2 PT optometrists

Your Role

- Lead daily operations and support a busy, successful practice
- Deliver high‑quality dispensing and customer service
- Mentor and develop the dispensing team
- Contribute to practice growth and exceptional patient care

You Bring

- Proven optical dispensing experience
- Management or leadership experience (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a flair for eyewear styling
