What you'll be doing
As the Operational Support Officer, you will provide high-level organisational, administrative and operational support to the Directors of the Integrated and Community Health Clinical Operations and Allied Health & Priority Communities portfolios.



You will play a critical role in ensuring priorities are coordinated efficiently while supporting strategic objectives across the District.

In this rewarding role, you will:

· Manage executive correspondence, ministerial requests, briefings, reports and sensitive communications

· Coordinate complex diaries, inbox management, meetings, committees and competing priorities

· Prepare agendas, minutes and action registers while providing high-level secretariat support

· Support workforce administration activities including recruitment, onboarding and HealthRoster processes

· Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting to enhance operational performance

Selection Criteria:

1. Demonstrated experience providing high level executive support including diary management and preparing executive documents.

2. Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise requests, manage workloads and meet deadlines

3. Demonstrated high level communication skills, both verbal and written including attention to detail.

4. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in business writing including briefs, replying to Ministerials and complaints

5. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of variety of Microsoft office suite,



including electronic records management system (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Content Manager (HPECM) previously known as TRIM/HPRM).

6. Proven ability to exercise sound judgement in a changing environment, often under tight timelines, high volume, and high-pressure conditions

7. Proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team, follow established processes, respond to feedback, and adapt to continuous quality improvement.

8. Unrestricted NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel as needed.
