About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Site Admin role based in Hedland. This role is offering an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth or residential to Hedland.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing of prompt and efficient site access requests for employees and contractors, including flights and accommodation in alignment with the job schedule, employee rosters and project requirements.
- Onboarding and mobilisation of new employees to site.
- Strict adherence to site and project requirements, ensuring mobilisation and site access is obtained to the required deadline given.
- Professional liaison with corporate clientele, supervisors, external contractors, and staff members as required to ensure accurate communication and confirmation of site access and qualification requirements for jobs and projects.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Cert III Business Administration (Desirable)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Rio Tinto Inducted Desirable
- Previous experience in mobilisation coordination

- Excellent organisational skills.
- Capacity to prioritise work and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The drive to deliver excellent client service with the ability to also balance the needs of the business.
- Must have full Australian working rights
