MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Data and Administration Coordinator

Remuneration: $78,183.85 - $79,973.57 per annum, pro rata (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)

About the Role

The MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Data and Administration Coordinator provides skilled, confidential and efficient administrative support, including report production, correspondence, record keeping, appointment bookings and stores management. The role is also responsible for managing and monitoring the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network data collection system for the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Hub, reporting performance through the Primary Mental Health Care Minimum Data Set (PMHC-MDS) as required by the funding body, and providing data reports to MLHD management.

Key Accountabilities

- Assist with more complex tasks and projects to support efficiency and quality within the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Program
- Support the manager and team with quality activities to ensure ongoing improvement in local processes.
- Make decisions and take initiative on operational matters, working to established practices and procedures under general instruction and broad supervision
- Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to coordinate correspondence and general mail and ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop, accurately maintain and monitor electronic records management and tracking systems as required.
- Complete allocated duties including typing, minute taking, filing and other clerical duties within required timeframes.
- Support accurate collection and entry of MyStep to Mental Wellbeing data as outlined by the funding body, and report performance using the PMHC-MDS reporting tool.
- Ensure the timely collection, collation and distribution of data,



activity and service delivery reports to managers and executive, including ad hoc reports on request.
- Act as a resource for all administration processes for the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Program.
- Deliver quality customer service, ensuring respectful and helpful interactions in face to face and telephone enquiries.

Essential Criteria

- National Police Check
- NSW WWCC
- Vaccination Category B
- Class C Drivers Licence

Selection Criteria

- Demonstrated experience in the implementation, management and ongoing support of data collection systems and reporting.
- Proven intermediate / advanced computer competency and strong keyboard skills with speed and accuracy, including high level experience with database systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a high pressure work environment.
- Demonstrated ability and initiative to work both as part of a team and independently, supporting your team members and management, with sound knowledge of administrative procedures in a health setting.
- Demonstrated strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written and verbal English, and the capability to liaise and work professionally with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation using different modes of communication in a technical and business context.
- Demonstrated ability to organise meetings, take minutes and undertake associated procedures as required.
- Evidence of a current Class C Drivers Licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
