Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance coordination — organise remediation tasks and keep workflows moving
- Reception duties — greet visitors, manage calls, inbox triage, booking appointments
- Homeowner support — manage enquiries and provide explicit progress updates
- Inspections & trade works — arrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade bookings
- Team & trade liaison — work with supervisors, internal teams and trade partners




- Record keeping — upload invoices, quotes and reports accurately
- Action tracking — monitor outstanding items and escalate complex matters
- General service admin — phone/email enquiries, documentation, follow-ups
