Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for an APS5/6 Capability Analyst position. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant government program, supporting governance, compliance, assurance and project activities within a fast-paced and collaborative workplace.
- Locations available in Canberra, Adelaide and Rockingham.
In this role, you will:
- Support governance, assurance and compliance activities across key projects
- Assist with the development of intergovernmental agreements and arrangements
- Contribute to audit and assurance processes to ensure policy compliance
- Support project budgeting, reporting and delivery activities
- Develop advice relating to legislative, policy and regulatory requirements
- Build effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies and procedures
- A positive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work
- Experience working in governance, compliance, assurance, project support or similar environments
