The Company
Our client is Australia's largest provider of electronic component distribution, providing companies access to emerging technologies and innovation.
You will be involved in, but not limited to:
- Assembly of cases to house electronic products in line with work instructions
- Cable and through-hole soldering
- Use of light power tools and basic hand tools
- Follow working drawings and written assembly instructions
- Following SOPs
To be successful, you will have:
- A minimum of 2yrs experience as an electronic assembler,
familiar with various hand and power tools
- Surface Mount Operations or soldering skill advantageous
- IPC certification advantageous
- A desire to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- A high attention to detail for quality checking
- Valuable colour vision
- Competent written and numerical skills
Hours and Rate:
Day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am - 3.30 pm,
Hourly rate: $34.96 per hour, plus super
