- PTA 5 $116,655 pa plus 12% superannuation

About the Role

Join CFA's Operational Doctrine and Training team as a Senior Advisor – Learning Design, where you'll shape contemporary learning and capability development that supports CFA's people and operational service delivery.

Working in a dynamic environment, you'll build strategic partnerships, provide trusted specialist advice and ensure learning solutions align with CFA's strategic priorities, regulatory requirements and legislation.

You'll bring expertise across areas such as learning design, adult education, curriculum development, emergency management, innovation, project management, RTO management also audit and risk, helping strengthen people and operational capability across CFA.

About you * Tertiary degree in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent and an understanding of the arrangements, standards, and environment of an RTO (advantageous).

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners and engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to inform, design and improve learning solutions.




- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable and achievable work plans, aligning priorities, resources and activities to deliver effective outcomes.
- Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and written communication ability including process writing, editorial skills and development of materials aligned to curriculum, regulatory and/or legislative requirements. Ability to present to a wide range of audiences.
- Proven ability to work within a project framework with skills and experience to manage multiple and complex projects concurrently.
- Experience in digital learning design and development, including the application of learning technologies, LMS platforms and digital solutions to enhance training delivery.
- Experience in Quality assurance, continuous improvement and assessment validation within a regulated training environment.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in emergency management operational environments, applied research, environmental scanning, complex policy, project management, learning design, and curriculum development.
