- Providing accurate repair quotations and professional customer service
- Selling phone accessories and recommending suitable products

Essential requirements

- Professional phone repair experience
- Mobile phone or accessories sales experience
- Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
- Reliability, honesty and a solid customer focus
- Availability to work shopping‑centre hours, including weekends
