- You have a calm, capable presence and people quickly feel confident leaving things in your hands
- You communicate beautifully - clear, professional, and personable, whether you're dealing with the CEO, leadership team, or external contacts
- You're meticulous with the details and take pride in producing work that doesn't need to be checked twice
- You're available immediately and ready to commit to a 3-6 month assignment where you can properly become part of the team
A snapshot of your role…
- Manage the CEO's diary, coordinating meetings and ensuring their days are structured and running smoothly
- Organise domestic and international travel, from flights and accommodation through to detailed itineraries
- Coordinate leadership meetings, preparing agendas, papers, and everything needed to keep them running seamlessly
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
- Work closely with the leadership team and wider business, keeping communication flowing and everyone across key arrangements
- Keep the CEO's office organised and on track, picking up the details, actions, and loose ends that keep a busy schedule moving
