Carla Swimwear is growing its team, and we’re looking for two to three warm, stylish and confident people to join us ahead of our busiest season.

This is more than simply serving customers. Our team helps women find swimwear and resortwear that makes them look and feel amazing. You’ll provide personal styling advice, assist with fit and shape, create beautiful displays and help deliver the friendly, confidence-building experience Carla Swimwear is known for.

Retail or fashion experience would be wonderful, but it isn’t essential. If you’re naturally engaging, reliable, well presented and genuinely enjoy helping people, we can teach you the rest.

ABOUT THE ROLE





Depending on your strengths and experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Welcoming customers and creating a relaxed, positive experience
- Providing personal fitting, styling and product advice
- Helping customers find options suited to their shape, style and lifestyle
- Building genuine customer relationships and encouraging loyalty
- Processing sales and operating our point-of-sale system
- Maintaining beautiful displays and assisting with visual merchandising
- Receiving, presenting and replenishing new stock
- Supporting online orders and everyday store operations
- Working collaboratively across our Kotara or Warners Bay stores

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You may already have fashion, retail, beauty, hospitality or customer-service experience—or you may simply have the right personality and be ready to learn.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable starting conversations
- Passionate about women’s fashion, styling or the holiday lifestyle
- Patient, thoughtful and sensitive when helping customers with fit
- Reliable, proactive and happy to be part of a close team
- Polished and qualified in your presentation
- Comfortable learning point-of-sale and basic computer systems
- Available for full daytime shifts, including some weekends
- Available during school holidays, particularly throughout summer

Previous retail, styling, fitting or visual-merchandising experience is highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right people.

LOCATION AND AVAILABILITY

Positions are available at Kotara and Warners Bay.
