At Leaking Showers Sealed, every leaking shower starts with a diagnosis. The customer knows water is going somewhere it shouldn't - your job is to find out why, complete the repair properly, and explain the findings in plain English. In most cases, the work is completed without removing the tiles or undertaking a full renovation.

The role

You will generally complete one or two domestic bathroom jobs each day and manage each job from arrival through to completion. You will be trusted to work independently, make sound on-site decisions and provide a professional customer experience.

Your work will include:

- Diagnosing the likely cause of a leaking shower
- Removing failed grout and silicone, preparing surfaces and re-grouting using the highest quality materials
- Completing waterproofing repairs, perimeter seals, tap flange sealing, and wall & floor junction repairs
- Completing minor tile replacement and patch repairs where required
- Carrying out in office visual inspections and quotes
- Communication with customers
- Use of ServiceM8

Who you will be working with

Leaking Showers Sealed was started by Andreas in 2016. Having personally completed thousands of leaking shower repairs, he understands the practical challenges technicians face on site, including difficult substrates and jobs that are not always straightforward.

What we are looking for

This is a hands‑on trade role. Practical grouting experience is essential, and previous tiling, regrouting, waterproofing or bathroom repair experience will be highly regarded.

You will also need:

- A current Australian driver's licence
- A current White Card
- The physical ability to kneel, crouch and work in confined shower spaces for extended periods
- Good attention to detail and pride in the finished result
- The ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners
- The confidence to work independently while following documented procedures and workmanship standards
- A verifiable work history, including two recent employers or supervisors we can contact

We pay above the applicable Award rate because quality work, consistency and accountability should be rewarded.
