LUMA Gelato is opening in Newstead around 8 October , and we’re looking for exceptional Team Members and Supervisors to join our opening team.

What you’ll be doing
- Guiding customers through our self-serve gelato experience
- POS and payments
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation
- Restocking and keeping the store organized
- Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- For Supervisors: helping lead shifts and maintain LUMA standards
What we’re looking for
- Strong work ethic
- Positive energy and great people skills
- Reliable,
punctual and accountable
- Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done
- Robust attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong evening and weekend availability
- Availability during school and public holidays
- Someone who wants to grow with LUMA
- LUMA is expanding, with more locations coming.
- We’re not just looking to fill shifts — we’re looking for the right people to grow with the brand , with genuine opportunities to develop into Supervisor, training and management roles .
Casual position, paid fortnightly.
