The Human Equation in NSW, Australia is seeking a part time Client Services Officer to welcome clients and manage their journey from enquiry to offboarding. This onsite role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–2pm.

You will monitor the MAC portal, process referrals, prepare service agreements, coordinate information for volunteers, and maintain CRM records while responding empathetically to inquiries.
