Longtide Restaurant on the Gold Coast is inviting applications for an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and support front-of-house and bar service in a vibrant, contemporary Asian restaurant and bar setting.

We seek candidates with at least 2 years in a similar role; bar knowledge is advantageous and experience in functions and event coordination is highly valued. Weekend availability is required, with a 38-hour, 5-day roster and immediate start for the right person.
