headspace Cairns, operated by RFDS Queensland, is seeking a Youth Vocational Specialist to help young people aged 12–25 achieve education and employment goals through the IPS model. This permanent, full time role works within integrated clinical services to deliver youth-friendly mental health and vocational support.

You will liaise with schools, employers and community services, maintain records, and contribute to activity planning.
