Randstad, partnering with a leading luxury apartment developments developer, is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Gold Coast team.

You will manage end-to-end subcontract administration, procurement, cost control, variations, progress claims, and monthly reporting on large-scale residential projects, ensuring contractual obligations and milestones are met. Full Australian working rights required.
