Glencore's Mt Owen/Glendell Operations in the Hunter Valley, NSW, seeks a Mining Supervisor to lead the Pit Services crew on a Monday-Friday dayshift. You will champion safety, drive productivity, and deliver KPIs with a relentless focus on cost control and process improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a Mining Supervisor, experience with contractors, crushing and water management, and demonstrated leadership under pressure.
