South Metropolitan Health Service is seeking a Social Worker to join the Rockingham General Hospital team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis with potential extensions or permanency.

You will provide vital social work services to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team, promote patient safety and quality of care, and maintain skilled standards in line with relevant practice standards and SMHS policies.
