InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations on shift across Shutters Restaurant, Bar, Pool Bar, Club Lounge and In-Room Dining. You will work with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and staff performance.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, at least 5 years as a chef in luxury venues and 2 years as Sous Chef, with solid leadership, cost control and collaboration across outlets.
