SRG Hospitality is opening a brand-recent Aqua kitchen in Milsons Point and seeks a Sous Chef to lead the design, build, and pre-opening phases. This full-time role will guide the kitchen team from pre-opening through the opening, ensuring standards and quality align with Aqua’s renowned reputation.

The ideal candidate has proven sous-chef experience in high-volume settings, strong menu development and food-cost skills, and knowledge of HACCP compliance.
