About the Role

As a Parts & Accessories Salesperson, you'll be helping riders gear up for everything from their first ride to their next big adventure.
You’ll provide expert advice, build customer relationships and ensure every rider leaves with the right products for their motorcycle, riding style and journey ahead.

This is a sales-focused role where your ability to connect with customers, identify their needs and maximise every sales opportunity will drive your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Follow a structured sales process to maximise every customer interaction
- Recommend and sell parts, riding gear and accessories suited to customer needs




- Ensure customers are fully equipped with all their riding essentials
- Liaise with the Workshop and Sales teams to ensure motorcycles are delivered complete and on time
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising displays and promotional areas
- Manage stock control, ordering, receiving and inventory accuracy
- Stay up to date with new products, promotions and industry trends
- Attend product launches, supplier training and sales development programs

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Retail sales experience with a passion for delivering results
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work every Saturday

Highly Desirable

- Motorcycle knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the industry
- Experience riding motorcycles, participating in track days, adventure riding, motocross or the broader motorcycle community
- Basic mechanical understanding of motorcycles
- Experience selling automotive, motorcycle or technical products

Please note: Saturday work is a mandatory part of this position.
