Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort on the Sunshine Coast is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference spaces, ensuring smooth service in a busy, guest‑facing workplace.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll coach the team, manage rostering and performance, engage with guests, uphold hygiene standards and deliver memorable experiences for guests throughout the resort.
