WHOLESALE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR Luxury Fashion | Sydney

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a highly regarded luxury fashion business in a key Wholesale Production Coordinator role.

Working within a rapid-paced and quality-driven environment, you will play an integral role in coordinating the production process from order through to delivery, liaising closely with offshore suppliers, internal teams and wholesale partnership to ensure product is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
We are looking for someone who genuinely understands fashion production — an exceptional organiser with strong attention to detail who thrives on keeping multiple moving parts on track.

The Role

- Managing Production timelines, orders and delivery schedules
- Following up samples and approvals and production requirements
- Working Confidently with fabrics , trims and Garment specifications




- maintaining accurate production records and documentations
- identifying potential delays or issues and following through proactively
- working with Excel and Xero to maintain accurate information and reporting

About you

You will have 2-3 years exp in a similar fashion production role snd understand the pace, precision and attention to detail required within a premium fashion environment .Highly organisedmeticulous and reliable, with exceptional attention to detail. You are proactive rather than reactive , comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and confident communicating with offshore suppliers .

You will also bring strong Fabric and garment knowledge , excellent EXCEL skills and have worked with Xero before or familiar with the invoicing software. Someone who takes ownership of your work , enjoys being part of a collaborative team and has a a genuine passion for fashion.
