As a Senior Track Attendant, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our go-kart tracks. This is a hands-on, outdoor role. Previous karting experience isn't required — full training will be provided — but we're looking for someone who is confident, responsible and comfortable taking control when required.
Key responsibilities
Controlling and monitoring go-kart sessions on track
Flagging and communicating with drivers
Enforcing track rules and safety procedures
Assisting customers getting into and out of karts
Organising and preparing karts between sessions
Safely moving and positioning karts when required
Responding quickly and safely to stopped karts or incidents on track
Communicating clearly and working closely with other track staff
Maintaining clean and organised track and pit areas
About you
18 years or older
Confident and comfortable taking control when required
Works well as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Can stay focused and aware in a busy workplace
Comfortable working outdoors and being on their feet
Takes safety seriously
Willing to learn and follow procedures
Holds a Working With Children Check, or is willing to obtain one
