Wests Illawarra is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and inspire our kitchen teams across Craft Café, Artisan Restaurant, Port Kembla Golf Club and Wilbur smoker, delivering exceptional customer experiences and high quality dishes. You will help develop menus, supervise food preparation and presentation, control costs and inventory, train staff, and contribute to a positive, cooperative kitchen culture.
