We’re looking for a young, motivated person with a genuine passion for agriculture to join a progressive, family‑run agribusiness operating across QLD and NSW, with a robust focus on irrigated cotton.

What matters is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What we’re looking for:

- A genuine interest in agriculture
- Good listening and communication skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and have a go
- Ability to work well within a team
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Trade or mechanical background advantageous, but not essential

What’s on offer:

- Secure,

full-time employment
- Single accommodation on farm with electricity included
- A good team of experienced people to work alongside and learn from
- Quality, well‑maintained John Deere machinery and equipment
- Full training provided
- Hands‑on experience across irrigated cotton operations
- Opportunity to learn machinery, irrigation, maintenance and general farm operations
- Genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in agriculture
