Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a Disability Liaison Officer to help people with disability access timely, inclusive and person-centred healthcare services. The role works with patients, families and clinicians to drive accessibility improvements across the health service.

You'll support individuals facing barriers, advocate for reasonable adjustments, and contribute to service improvements within a multidisciplinary team, in a fixed term part time capacity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
