HARLI + HARPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Pacific Fair store opening December 2026. You will lead a small team with hands-on coaching, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and showcase our fashion jewellery with confidence and care.

This role concentrates on driving sales, supporting the Store Manager with KPI delivery, visual merchandising, and operations. You’ll build an inclusive, energetic team culture and model our values to inspire peers and customers alike.
