Roc Consulting is seeking a capable Landscape Second In-charge (2IC) to own premium residential projects in Brisbane. You will lead high-end builds, balance hands-on work with leadership, and ensure projects run smoothly on site.

Ideal candidates have Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience, strong communication, and a calm, organized approach under pressure. A vehicle allowance and growth opportunities are offered.
