Coco Cabana Unit Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. You will examine food quality, regulate oven temperatures, and prepare dishes in line with the menu.

The role requires experience in a commercial kitchen, willingness to work weekend rosters, and a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene. Malaysian/Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded, and you will contribute to plating, portioning, and kitchen training.
