About the Role
This is a part time role for 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). You will be required to work additional hours during the first 4-6 week training period. Hours will vary between 7.30am to 6.30pm.
As a Medical Receptionist
you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting patients
- Invoicing and receipting patient consultations
- Following up patients inquiries
- Coordinating and ensuring all paperwork associated with the patient’s consultation is completed
- Schedule management
- General administration duties as requested
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate the following:
- Recent experience as a Receptionist (ideally in the medical industry)
- Impeccable communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours on occasion
