You will gain world-class leadership training at the Royal Military College (RMC) and receive pay from day one. No prior leadership experience is required, with opportunities for career progression, travel, and healthcare.

Starting salary during training is $69,365 per year with potential to rise to $97,168 per year after training, with further increases based on rank and years of service.
