The Living Company is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our People & Legal team in Sydney. You will provide timely, strategic advice across corporate and real estate matters, contracts, compliance, and governance, partnering with stakeholders both inside and outside TLC.

You will lead transactional workstreams, draft key documents, and help navigate regulatory requirements, disputes, and privacy/data governance with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
