Cappah Group is seeking an experienced Formwork Supervisor for Brisbane and Gold Coast projects starting January 2027. This long-term role focuses on coordinating daily construction activities, maintaining safety and QA, and leading a team-oriented team of staff and suppliers.

You will read plans, manage formwork systems (Ischbeck, Doka, Peri), and ensure quality across site operations, with daily reporting to head office.
