BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead clinical operations at the Niola Centre in Parkes. You will guide nurses and care staff to deliver safe, person-centred care while driving improvements and staff development.

The role is full time, Monday–Friday, with attractive salary, relocation assistance, and sponsorship on offer to eligible candidates moving to the Parkes area.
