- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles;
- Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications;
- Conduct telephone screening and shortlist suitable candidates;
- Source candidates directly through LinkedIn and other channels;
- Organise and participate in interviews with hiring managers;
- Coordinate background, reference and compliance checks;
- Support successful candidates through to onboarding;
- Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving; and
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment systems, processes and ways of working.

About You
- Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience and be comfortable managing the process independently from advertising through to onboarding;
- You’re agile, organised and reliable, with strong time management and a genuine focus on delivering outcomes;
- You’ll be confident working with systems and technology, and curious about AI and process improvement; and
- Strong sense of initiative - someone who can quickly identify what needs to be done and get on with it.
