Lawmee is recruiting an experienced Legal Counsel on a contracting basis to join its in-house team in Melbourne. Commencing in early 2027, the engagement runs for up to 12 months with a versatile hybrid arrangement (three days in office, two remote).
You will provide practical, commercially focused advice across business functions, including regulatory, compliance, contracts and corporate governance, while managing company secretarial duties and board materials.
