Avenue Executive seeks a Debt Collection & Tenant Relations skilled to manage specialty rent across a portfolio of shopping centres, minimising arrears while maintaining strong tenant relationships. You will report to the Regional Manager and partner with Centre Managers to balance commercial outcomes with care and resilience.

Key duties include processing payments, reconciliations, and directing payment plans, with a focus on excellent communication and problem-solving.
