Harwell Consulting, a leader in construction and insurance repair across Australia and Recent Zealand, seeks a dedicated collections specialist to build and own the function. You will focus on proactive collections, manage insurer and loss-adjuster relationships, and perform daily bank reconciliations for multiple entities.

This is a phone-heavy role requiring thick skin, strong negotiation, and the ability to push when appropriate while preserving relationships.
