Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to attract and support talent across Plane Creek Mill and Sarina Distillery. You will run end-to-end recruitment, write engaging job ads, source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth starts.
On site HR support, workforce relations, responding to queries, and maintaining transparent communication across sites will be part of your role.
