Shearform in Australia seeks a Fabrication Business Manager to lead in office fabrication operations, ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality targets. You will work with skilled fabricators, welders, engineers and inspectors, preparing estimates, reviewing tenders, and procuring materials.

Role requires a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years in steel fabrication, strong leadership, and CAD/Nesting proficiency.
