Viva Leisure in Redcliffe is seeking an Assistant Club Manager as part of our Future Leaders Programme. You will gain hands‑on experience and mentorship while developing leadership, sales, and member engagement skills to progress toward a Club Manager role.
You’ll support day-to-day club operations, coach staff, drive membership sales, ensure a secure, clean facility, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a permanent part-time role (25 hours/week).
